Ingredients:

  • 1 gluten-free pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (you can use tomato sauce or marinara)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ham, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by the chicken, ham, bacon, and pineapple.
  6. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your homemade gluten-free pizza!

This recipe lets you enjoy the same flavor combinations but with the added benefit of being gluten-free!
